To hold a reservation for a class or dinner, a 15% deposit is required. This deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the booking. Cancellations received within the 30 days prior to the reservtion are subject to a flat 50 euro fee.

Please do take a look at the Montone map so you have some idea where we are located. Winters we are usually in New York, but the same good service is provided in the tri-State area.

Special dietary consideratons are always respected, but please be open minded! Fresh anchovies taste nothing like that stuff in a can.
