Judith Klinger and Jeff Albucher split their life between the slow pace of Montone, Italy and the hustle of New York City.

Judith Klinger is a chef, writer, food blogger and creator of Aroma Cucina. Judith earned culinary degrees from the New York Restaurant School, and Ital.Cook, a Slow Food institution located in Jesi, Italy where she attended master classes dedicated to the intricacies of regional Italian cooking. AromaCucina.com has developed an loyal international clientele.

Jeff Albucher is devoted to fine food and wine. He assists Judith in creating memorable dining experiences in Italy and New York. He is an outstanding & creative mixologist.

Curtis Albucher is our committed videographer. He knows how to make food look good!

Judith and Jeff are committed hedonists, and bon vivants, but also firm believers that we must eat and drink responsibily and take care of our planet for future generations. We plant our garden, eat in season and don't take ourselves too seriously.

We love to travel, play outside, and share the pleasures of the table with our friends, new and old.
